If your product arrives damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by reaching out to our support team. Kindly include details of the damage, along with photos or videos, to help us assist you quickly and efficiently.

Returns or Refunds

Due to the personal nature of our product and to maintain the highest level of hygiene for expecting mothers, we do not accept returns or provide refunds once the product has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure that every pillow we deliver is new, untouched, and safe for you and your baby.

Unboxing Video Encouraged

To help us verify the condition of your product upon arrival, we kindly encourage all our valued customers to record a video during the unboxing of your parcel. This will be immensely helpful in the unlikely event of any issues.
