Exchange

If your product arrives damaged, we are happy to offer an exchange. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery by reaching out to our support team. Kindly include details of the damage, along with photos or videos, to help us assist you quickly and efficiently.

Returns or Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in unused condition. The customer is responsible for shipping the product back to our designated warehouse address. The delivery charge for returning the product must be borne by the customer.

Once the product has been shipped to our warehouse and we have verified its condition, the refund shall be initiated to the customer.

Unboxing Video Encouraged

To help us verify the condition of your product upon arrival, we kindly encourage all our valued customers to record a video during the unboxing of your parcel. This will be immensely helpful in the unlikely event of any issues.
